(1776 Channel) Hawaii State Registrar Dr. Alvin T. Onaka is linked to national eugenics organization the Population Association of America, 1776 Channel has uncovered.
A paper written by Dr. Onaka was presented by at the 1972 annual meeting of the Population Association of America, held in Toronto, Canada.
The Population Association of America was initially planned in 1930 by Margaret Sanger (who provided funding), Henry Pratt Fairchild, Eleanor Jones (president of the American Birth Control League), Harry Laughlin (Eugenics Record Board of Long Island), officials from the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and the USDA, and representatives of several foundations.
The Population Association of America was formally established in 1931.
Dr. Onaka is also connected to the Society for Biodemography and Social Biology (formerly known as the American Eugenics Society) as previously reported by 1776 Channel.
Dr. Onaka is the only Hawaii Department of Health official reported to have access to a dual combination-key lock safe inside the Hawaii Department of Health vault that allegedly holds President Obama’s original birth records.
Dr. Onaka’s stamped signature appears in a PDF image posted at WhiteHouse.gov. The White House alleged during an April 27, 2011 press conference that the PDF represents an official copy of President Obama’s Hawaii “Certificate of Live Birth” (COLB).
Dr. Onaka and Eleanor Nordyke have been connected since the 1970s with the East-West Population Institute, the eugenics think tank at the East-West Center.
Nordyke contacted the media in 2012, long after her retirement from the East-West Population Institute, to proclaim that she was at the Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children maternity ward the night of August 4, 1961 while President Obama was born and that she remembered the event.
Nordyke founded Planned Parenthood of Hawaii in the 1970s.
We’re still waiting for you to justify calling the East-West Population Institute a “eugenics think tank.”
In point of fact NONE of these organizations are “eugenics think tanks” whatever that means. They deal with statistics, demographics, analysis of migrations and so forth

Wrong again, Mr. Investigative Reporter. She was first interviewed in December, 2008 and she said she didn’t remember Stanley Ann Dunham Obama being at the hospital.

One of his greatest pieces of investigation was when he thought the Selective Service had changed thier record keeping rules so they that could destroy the microfilm copy of registration cards. I guess he didn’t understand he difference between the record copy and the working copy.
He is a fabulous dot collector. If only he could learn to connect them competently.
